NDISP IT Development Program
NDISP is on a multi year multi million dollar software and IT development program to:
- Serve our participants better
- Make it easy for our participants and those that care for them to get info about our properties, log repair and maintenance requests etc
- Let our team spend as much time as possible on making sure people are happy to call our places home
- Improve communication and reporting to owners
This is on top of our co-development program for Assistive Tech in our properties with Yellow Card Technology and Yellow Card Electrical.
Relationship Manager App
We have just launched our internal relationship manager app which shows real time availablity along with timetable for when the hundreds of SDA properties we have under development will be avait for people to move in.
A secure portal to allow participants, support coordinators and those who care for them our upcoming properties in real time.
Our owner portal has been under development for some time and continues to be progressed. It will show real.time expenses and receipts as well as reports. This is one of our most difficult projects due to the privacy requirements of not sharing any information about participants with them.
