Specialist Disability Accommodation
What is an SDA Property
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is purpose built houses, units, townhouses and group homes for a small proportion of participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.
Participants in the NDIS receive funding to pay for their accommodation as part of their plan which is typically managed by a plan manager. This funding is paid to NDISP for the cost of accommodation.
NDISP as an approved SDA provider and a licensed real estate agency works with plan managers, other NDIS providers as well as directly with NDIS participants to provide high quality SDA property that suits the needs of the participants.
Sales
NDISP occasionally has an individual property for sale by one of our owners. This is very rare.
Investment Funds in the $100mil plus investment range should enquire about our portfolio options.

Management
NDISP is an SDA registered provider and licensed Real Estate Agency.
We work with people who are person centred and all about choice and control for participants.
Occasionally we will look after a property we haven’t been involved in from the design stage, but only where it is up to our exacting standards.
Rentals
NDISP has a portfolio of SDA properties that we rent to eligible NDIS participants
Newly constructed properties are becoming available constantly
